Härmed delegerar jag som kattägare medicingivan för den katt formuläret avser till Djurens Vänner / Vännernas Katthotells personal. Delegeringen innebär ett ansvar för att uppgiften utförs på ett sådant sätt att det är förenat med kravet på god och säker vård. Skulle så inte vara fallet måste delegeringen återkallas. / As a cat owner, I hereby delegate the administration of medication for the cat to whom the form refers to the staff of Djurens Vänner / Vännernas Katthotell. The delegation entails a responsibility to ensure that the task is carried out in such a way that it is consistent with the requirement for good and safe care. Should this not be the case, the delegation must be revoked.
